Reminders
For the reception we will not have a seating chart. There will be a few tables reserved. The ones that aren’t reserved you are welcomed to sit in.
Don’t forget to bring your dancing shoes and cash for the dollar dance if you plan to participate.
There is plenty of parking at the venue.
Plan to arrive on time for all of the entertainment we have planned.
Para la fiesta no habra asientos asignados. Un par de mesas estaran reservadas. Estan bienvenidos sentarse en cualquier mesa que no este reservada.
No se les olvide sus zapatos para el baile, y tambien no se les olvide traer dinero para el baile del dolar.

Can I bring my kids?
Yes! We love kids and want them to be part of the celebration, especially to experience the traditions we’re excited to share. Plus, there will be music and a menu just for them.
What’s the dress code?
Summer semi-formal and festive! Wear what makes you feel confident, beautiful, and ready to dance.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! Come thirsty. We've got you covered with a full bar—so bring your dancing shoes. Our friend Chris will be bartening for the day.
Can I take photos or videos during the celebrations?
Yes, feel free to take all the photos and all the videos you'd like—as long as you’re not getting in the way of our photographer or videographer. And please don’t ask them to take photos with your phone. We'll share a link where you can upload your photos and videos at the wedding so we can relive the day through your eyes too.
Do you have a wedding registry?
Yes, the registry is listed right here on the website and this link: Gift Registry . You’re also welcome to bring a gift to the wedding if you prefer.
Will there be any other events during the wedding weekend?
Yes! There will be an after-party at our house following the wedding, and a traditional recalentada (brunch) on Sunday at 11 am at our home in Montclair. Come comfy and hungry.
What will the day look like?
We’ll start with a grand mariachi entrance and a traditional Mexican folklórico dance, followed by a special song we’re singing. From there, we’ll head into dinner, toasts, the dollar dance, the snake dance, and lots of dancing and celebration all night long. We’ll be having a dollar dance too, so if you’d like to dance with us, bring a little cash.

Feel free to email us at caitlinandphoenixsayido@gmail.com. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can (unless we’re wrangling pets or watching trashy TV). For any questions day before the wedding we will add our Coordinators phone number so you can contact them.

Preguntas Frequentes
Puedo llevar mis ninos?
Si! Nos encantan los ninos y queremos que sean parte de la celebracion, y que experiencen nuestras tradiciones. Habra musica y un Menu solamente para ellos.
Cual es el codigo de vestir?
Pedimos que se vistan formal de verano festivo para una boda. Y vengan preparados para el baile.
Habra bar abierto?
Si, tendremos bar libre con bastante tequila. Nuestro amigo Chris va hacer el bartender para nuestra boda.
Puedo tomar fotos y video durante la fiesta?
Si, nos enantaria que tomen TODAS las fotos y video del dia, y me gustaria que compartieran con nosotrso. Les vamos a dar un link para que suban las fotos y videos y compartan con nosotros. Lo unico que les pedimos es que no estorben a nuestro fotografa o video. Y no les pidan que les tomen fotos con su telefono.
Tienen un registro de regalos?
Si, y el link esta aqui Registro de Regalo. Tambien pueden encontrar una pagina llamada Gfit registry en este website. Y tambien pueden llevar un regalo a la fiesta si prefieren.
Abra otros eventos durante el fin de semana?
Si, vamos a tener una fiesta en nuestra casa despues de las 11 pm el sabado despues la fiesta de la boda. Y el Domingo si quieren pueden ir a la recalentada a las 11 am en nuestra casa en Montclair.
Cual es el plan del dia?
Vamos a empezar con una entrada con mariachi y baile folklorico. Vamos a cantar una cancion con el mariachi juntas. Despues se sirvira la comida, toasts, el baile del dollar,(no se les olvide traer dolares para el baile del dolar) y la vibora de la mar y luego la pachanga y el baile.
